Our Team
Meet the heart of Dogventures – a passionate, experienced, and dog-obsessed team dedicated to giving your pup the best part of their day.
Each team member brings their own unique strengths, but they all share one thing in common: an unwavering love for dogs and a commitment to their wellbeing, safety, and happiness.

Bronwyn
Bronwyn brings a wealth of hands-on experience and heartfelt dedication to every walk. With a Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services and over five years of pet care, she’s worked with dogs of all breeds, behaviours, and personalities—always with kindness, attentiveness, and a gentle touch.

With experience in a versatile role as a dog daycare attendant, groomer, and receptionist, she’s mastered the art of reading canine body language, maintaining a stress-free environment, and keeping tails wagging. Bronwyn had also volunteered at shelters like Animal Aid and The Cat Corner, where she honed her animal care skills even further.

From grooming to behaviour management to enrichment and play, Bronwyn does it all. She’s calm, capable, and completely in tune with every pup she cares for—a true all-rounder with a whole lot of heart.
Chantel
Chantel’s energy is as contagious as a wagging tail. With an upbeat and dynamic personality, she brings enthusiasm to every walk and has a natural way of making dogs feel safe, understood, and excited for their next adventure.

Her love for dogs isn’t just a passion—it’s backed by expertise. She completing her Certificate III in Canine Behaviour & Training and completed a traineeship with K9 Resolutions, where she learned to conduct and participate in group training classes. With extensive experience in the animal industry and professional environments, Chantel understands dog behaviour on a deep level.

At home, she’s best mates with her 13-year-old Mini Foxie, Harley—proof that big love comes in small packages! Whether working with playful pups or helping more anxious dogs build confidence, Chantel brings patience, skill, and a whole lot of heart to every walk.

Emma
For as long as she can remember, dogs have been at the heart of Emma’s life. Growing up on a family farm surrounded by animals—including dogs, cows, sheep, geese, chickens, and horses—she developed a profound love and understanding of animals from an early age.

With 16 years of personal dog ownership and a lifetime of fostering relationships with furry friends in her community, Emma brings both experience and dedication to her role. Her exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate and meet the needs of both dogs and their owners make her an invaluable part of the team.

To Emma, every walk is more than just exercise—it’s an opportunity to create joyful moments, strengthen bonds, and ensure that each pup feels safe, happy, and loved. Whether leading an energetic adventure or providing a gentle, reassuring presence, Emma’s passion for dogs shines through in everything she does.
Michael
Michael brings a grounded, thoughtful presence to the Dogventures team. Originally from Canada, he’s always had a deep love for animals and grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds. Now based in Melbourne, he divides his time between dog walking with us and working as an NDIS support worker—two roles that perfectly reflect his caring, empathetic nature.

With experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, Michael offers casual pet sitting, training, and exercise services with a focus on creating calm, confident experiences for pups and peace of mind for their humans. His background in sociology, teaching, and customer service gives him an intuitive understanding of both people and pets. Whether he’s out on a walk or providing support in the community, Michael brings patience, reliability, and a steady hand to everything he does.

Nicole
Nicole’s love for dogs isn’t just a passion—it’s a lifelong commitment. Growing up with dogs from birth, she’s spent her entire life surrounded by four-legged companions. Since 2010, she’s been a devoted dog owner, and her nearly obsessive love for pups brings her endless joy.

With 16 years of experience working at a pet resort and volunteer dog walking for The Lost Dogs Home in Cranbourne, Nicole has handled dogs of every size, breed, and personality. Whether it’s a playful pup or a nervous rescue, she knows exactly how to make each walk a safe, fun, and positive experience. Calm, confident, and deeply experienced, Nicole is the one you want leading the pack.
Allie
Founder & Chief Dog Lover
Allie started Dogventures with one simple mission: to give dogs (and their humans) the kind of care she’d want for her own. With a background in small business, a natural eye for detail, and a whole lot of love for animals, Allie has created a service that’s equal parts professional, personal, and full of heart.

She’s the friendly face behind the scenes—matching pups with the perfect walker, making sure every tail is wagging, and building a team that shares her commitment to safety, trust, and joy. Whether she’s walking alongside the team, chatting with clients, or working on new ways to make Dogventures even better, Allie brings warmth, integrity, and a whole lot of dog hair to everything she does.

Casey
Casey has extensive hands-on experience working in a busy doggy daycare environment, where she regularly cared for groups of up to 20 dogs at a time. Through this work, she’s developed a deep understanding of canine behaviour, group dynamics, and how to create a safe and positive experience for every dog in her care.

She has completed emergency canine first aid training and is skilled at recognising early signs of illness or distress. As a trained dog bather, Casey is experienced in working with reactive and anxious dogs, helping them feel calm, safe, and comfortable during grooming.

At home, Casey is a proud dog mum to three very different pups, which has sharpened her intuition and ability to manage varying temperaments with ease. Her background gives her a strong foundation in reading dogs, staying calm under pressure, and ensuring every outing is safe and enjoyable.

Casey is passionate about creating positive experiences for dogs and finds real joy and purpose in her work. Her natural empathy, enthusiasm, and confidence make her a valued part of our team.
Charlie
Charlie is a calm, confident, and deeply caring presence on the Dogventures team. With a strong foundation in dog walking and animal handling, she brings both experience and heart to every adventure.
Her background includes managing larger groups of dogs and responding to each dog’s unique personality and needs with sensitivity and care.

Since starting her journey in animal care, Charlie has discovered a real passion for working with dogs. She especially enjoys building trust with pups over time, and she’s confident handling a variety of temperaments and energy levels.
Charlie has a special interest in dog training—she’s currently working with her own rescue dog, Winnie, and is seeing amazing progress thanks to her patient, consistent approach.

Charlie is also studying at university and balances her flexible academic schedule with her time adventuring with our pack.
